Project History
Investment Manager
Leavey is an investment manager through project-specific accounts for its self-sourced and developed real estate projects. Where appropriate and beneficial to its investors, Leavey provides asset management services to facilitate the ongoing successful operation of its stabilized assets.
Development Services
Leavey provides consulting development services, including land entitlement, due diligence, development management, construction management, and underwriting advisory. We focus on a limited number of client engagements at any given time to ensure a high level of customer service.
Industrial
We target premium industrial properties strategically located in the Southern California industrial market with a priority on proximity to major freight corridors, the ability to facilitate multiple daily freight trip turns, and access to essential local infrastructure such as power capacity and designated truck routes. We are hyper focused on alignment with both local and state regulations that impact site layout and overall feasibility, including our ability to provide top-of-market features.
Multifamily
We prioritize thoughtful, strategic location selection for our multifamily developments. We are keenly focused on the key metrics and factors that ensure long-term success, including robust educational institutions, and well-established local governance, proximity to transportation infrastructure and employment centers, and broader demographic trends that support continued economic growth.
William Jacobs
William Jacobs is the founder and managing partner of Leavey Corporation, which he established in 2013 to provide real estate development consulting services. Throughout his career, William has played a key role in the entitlement and development of over 600,000 square feet of industrial properties and more than 1,000 apartment units. He has experience across all phases of the development cycle, including due diligence, entitlements, pre-construction, permitting, construction management, and lease-up. William's prior experience includes roles at Holland Partner Group and North Palisade Partners, where he continues to provide consulting services. He began his career with Morley Builders, a regional general contractor in Southern California. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
