Team

William Jacobs
  • William has led the entitlement and development of more than 700,000 square feet of industrial properties and over 500 apartment units during his career. He has experience across all phases of the development cycle, including due diligence, entitlements, pre-construction, permitting, construction management, and lease-up.
  • William’s prior experience includes roles with Holland Partner Group and North Palisade Partners, where he continues to provide consulting services.
  • He began his career with Morley Builders, a regional general contractor in Southern California. William holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California as well a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
